今年ももちろんやります！春の山の恵みをいただく山菜ツアー🌿
今年はよくばって２種類のツアーを開催しますよ〜。
①山菜狩りアドベンチャー

野人(ガイド)と一緒にその時期に採れるできるだけ多くの種類の山菜を求めて山へ分け入る、ワイルドな山菜狩り。採れた山菜は天ぷらやしゃぶしゃぶで豪快にいただきます。山菜の種類を覚えたい、ワイルドに野山を歩いて発散したい、そんな方向けの内容です。
②山菜採り散歩と山菜料理教室
12 できた料理をずらり並べて記念撮影。どんな料理になるかはその日の山菜次第。山 ⑤この辺りでは、田んぼの畦などに普通に自生する「アサツキ」は、野生の万能ネギ。さ ⑥本日の収穫♪どんな山菜が採れるかはその日のお楽しみ。多い日には10種類以上採れ ⑧信州の郷土食「おやき」の具材にも山菜はよく使われます。囲炉裏でおやき作りにもチ ⑨山菜料理の１番人気は「天ぷら」。揚げたての山菜は言うまでもなく絶品です！ ⑦採れた山菜はきれいに下処理をして、それぞれに合った料理においしく変身させていき
集落の裏山で山菜を採り、山菜の天ぷら、山菜のおひたし、山菜汁や、山菜おこわ、山菜おやきなどなど、その時採れた山菜に合わせて最適な料理でおいしくいただきます。「料理」することに時間を割き、山村の食卓、より日常に近い体験内容となっています。
